We’re a small-batch coffee company based in Cincinnati, Ohio, inspired by the love of pets and the charm of our city’s rich heritage. Every roast we craft supports animal shelters and rescue organizations, because we believe every companion deserves a second chance, a warm home, and a full bowl.
Our name is a tribute to two things we hold dear: the iconic Roebling Suspension Bridge, which connects Cincinnati to the world, and Roo, our beloved dog whose sweet personality and signature “sploot” remind us what loyalty, joy, and second chances look like.
